Being exposed to unfamiliar conditions and circumstances can easily catch a person off guard or throw them off balance, that is to say, disrupt one’s equilibrium…The feeling of disorientation and frustration associated with unfamiliar circumstances (in any context) is a bit like weightlessness. You have to simply accept and adapt to your new environment and be prepared to adjust to the unfamiliar in good faith.
